Review on 🔌 Mighty Mule MMS100 100 Wireless Connectivity System - Enhanced Connectivity in Sleek Black Design by Scott Clark

I bought this product a little over a month ago because it claims to work 1/2 mile away . I installed the module in my control box and it didn't work. I called tech support and was on hold for 45 minutes before I could speak to anyone (I called them multiple times and that's the average wait time). The tech told me to set the router and gate controller to the lowest broadcast settings. After still not communicating with each other, he decided that this module would not work for me and my setup (my gate is a little over 10 miles from my home). He never got me to go to higher radio settings to see if it worked at all. You'd think you'd try this for each setting before you quit. I continued troubleshooting on my own and found that my control board wouldn't stay higher than low. I am sending an email to the lead engineer to let him know that this is a potential problem with my control board. I have not yet received any reply from them on this matter. I will probably have to call them again to get an answer. In my opinion I would choose another automatic gate manufacturer as they don't seem to care about customer service for their product.
