I love that we have an option of scheduling time off, whether it's personal or work-related (or both!).

The best part is seeing everyone during our break times so you know they're not ignoring us :) It helps keep me motivated when my family isn't around as much anymore since moving out here with them 3 years ago. Nothing really; this has been great overall - very positive experience thus far. Some people are more social than others which makes things difficult sometimes but nothing too major at all either way!!
