Excellent tool to communicate with remote employees

The ability for our team members who are remote workers or traveling across time zones can now easily access their project status in one place without having an additional desktop application open up at all times! It also allows us centralized control over which projects each of them has been assigned so we don't have duplicate tasks that sometimes get lost when someone leaves/changes jobs within your organization (we know this happens). A great tool, especially useful during support

I like that it can be used in conjunction with other automation tools (such as Azure) to automate tasks such as sending emails or creating tickets when certain conditions are met. It's pretty easy to use once you get your head around its various features. There isn't much for me to dislike about this product - if anything there may be some minor bugs here or there which could have been ironed out by now but nothing major. It's perfect for a team of 10 developers

The ability to have a single source of truth for all of our tickets. It's easy to create tickets, assign them to the right people, and have them automatically update in Jira. I wish it was possible to use a different color for each status. For example, a green checkmark for "In Progress" and a red x for "Closed". I can't find a way to do this. I also wish it was possible to have a different default color for each ticket type. For example, I'd like the default color for a "New Project" ticket to
