The ability to have a single source of truth for all of our tickets. It's easy to create tickets, assign them to the right people, and have them automatically update in Jira. I wish it was possible to use a different color for each status. For example, a green checkmark for "In Progress" and a red x for "Closed". I can't find a way to do this. I also wish it was possible to have a different default color for each ticket type. For example, I'd like the default color for a "New Project" ticket to be blue, and the default color for a "Bug" ticket to be red. Jirio is a great tool for our team.
