I like that this allows you to check in with your team members, see their status and know their progress. We can also set reminders for everyone when we need to have a particular discussion. I have to say that it's a little tricky to use. It can be a little hard to tell who is typing what and if someone has a question or comment, it can sometimes be overlooked.
