I like that this allows you to check in with your team members, see their status and know their progress. We can also set reminders for everyone when we need to have a particular discussion. I have to say that it's a little tricky to use. It can be a little hard to tell who is typing what and if someone has a question or comment, it can sometimes be overlooked. We don't use any software or a third party so this is a great way for us to keep everyone informed and know that we are all working together and on time. I'm able to check in and see what my team does and get a general status update regarding how things are going. I like that it is easy to use for my team as well as customers. The customer service has been great! It's very responsive when we have questions or concerns about our account setup. We haven't found anything yet but I'm sure there are things missing out of their system. If anyone wants an all in one solution from registration to payments to emails this is the way to go! Nothing really comes to mind because everything works so flawlessly!
