I like that Gai works allows me to keep track of my time as it's easy to use, has all the tools I need for invoicing and estimates, and is very intuitive to navigate through. The best part about first wave was that it allowed us to have our own server which we could use as if its were ours, but still be able to access all of their services via API's or SDKs for any other applications they had available at no additional cost.
