I really like how this software allows me to track all of my clients at one place making it very easy when i need any information about them or they ask questions regarding their account! Not much is not that great in regards but if there were some adjustments made maybe things would be better as far with its useability goes? I love being able to track everything that is important (ie employee scheduling) in one system instead of 3 or 4 different systems - which saves precious computer space and gives us greater accuracy! I like that it's very simple to use once you have an account set up - we were using another tool but they keep changing things which is frustrating since users of other tools are not willing switch due their own experience with such software in previous companies! I like how easy it is to use, especially because of its cloud-based feature that allows you to access your data from anywhere with an internet connection. Sometimes there are minor bugs in updates but they seem to be rather quick about fixing them. The interface can look very outdated at times as well which makes some features difficult to find or understand.
