I can't think of anything that is not good about this program - it does everything we need to get our process right! This software makes running any business much easier, as one person has access to all important information (including financials). It also helps us with inventory control for multiple stores/brands from just ONE location. We use it almost everyday, so there isn’t really ANYTHING negative out there! Very easy to use, simple user interface with all tools (welding machine control) integrated into one software package! Great support from sales people as well who are always willing/able answer any questions you may come up during implementation phase of your project!! Having used GPRO for many years now we've found them to be fantastic at helping us manage inventory better, manage our warehouse more effectively and reduce our scrap rate. Our IT department has found the reporting and dashboard functionality incredibly useful too!
