The ease at which you can create your own branded products with minimal training or additional costs would be my favorite! Great tool that allows you create everything from your own logo design or template files right through till finishing up with shipping labels/boxes! The only downfall I have found so far would be having too many templates available at once which makes it difficult when trying to find what exactly i'm looking for as sometimes its hard finding just one specific item!! This isn't really anything bad but more something to look forward towards if this gets fixed by them (they seem pretty responsive)

I like that you can customize your order form so it's very easy to send out to customers. I dislike that sometimes my orders don't show up when they should have. Sometimes I have to call them and make sure someone has filled it in correctly or that they didn't hit cancel during checkout.
