I love that it has a good interface for creating schedules and communicating with patients, which is exactly what we need. It's free so there's nothing to dislike. The only issue we've had is that sometimes we have to wait 30 seconds before typing something into the search box. We also wish we could send patient messages or reminders via text message. The best thing about this product is its user interface which makes it easier for users to navigate through the system. It also has features like scheduling of groups meetings or trainings that can be easily organized using the scheduler feature. I have not found any major flaw while trying out this program. So far so good! This tool helps me manage my schedule and make sure all schedules are kept updated. The best part about TheraNest is that it is really easy to use and has a lot of features.

The ease of using this product for our organization has been fantastic! It's user friendly, intuitive, and helps us stay organized. I like that we can easily share info between staff members as well as clients (if needed). Also love how it allows me to schedule multiple people at once so if one person doesn't show up another member can still be scheduled without delay. The ability for our therapists/clients / patients who have varying levels of English language proficiency can be easily integrated into their treatment plan as they are able access it via internet or mobile device (phone).
