I really like the ease of use and the simplicity of the platform. I also like that it is free to use. The platform is not as robust as other platforms, however, I think that is a good thing because it is simple and easy to use. I like that it is free and easy to use. I dislike that there is no screen sharing option, so I am not able to see their face or hear them when they speak. It's easy for my team to sign into from wherever they need without needing internet or wifi, it works great with all our email clients (Outlook/Gmail) even if i'm not connected as well so I can be working elsewhere within the building. I have been using this for about 2 years now, it is very easy to use with no troubles at all! There's nothing that i dislike so far as far of my experience goes!! I love that I don't have to keep checking multiple devices and software programs for any changes to occur. It's a must have tool when you have more than one person working at a time.
