Great customer service, easy to use, and fast delivery.

The interface was pretty straight forward and user friendly.It took about 5 minutes to get setup.They had great recommendations and walkthroughs. The account manager that worked with us has been helpful and responsive. He gave me his cell phone number if anything comes up he says. He explained to me the best way to go about getting it setup for my business. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an automated system. We've been using Gemcar since 2010. It has been a great tool for our business. Our repair shop specializes in engine repairs. With gemcar we have been able to efficiently manage and communicate with customers and vendors. In addition, our dealership is now getting better service. Gemcar is able to streamline the purchasing and shipping processes for us. They make it so easy to work with multiple stores/branches around the world. This is a great tool if you are a small repair shop or a business owner wanting to manage the maintenance department. I use this application for our dealership because we have a large fleet of vehicles. This program allows us to create and edit reports on each vehicle that tracks their scheduled service intervals and other information. This program is easy to use and understand. All of our technicians can easily enter the information they need and print out reports to show to our customer base.
