The interface was pretty straight forward and user friendly.It took about 5 minutes to get setup.They had great recommendations and walkthroughs. The account manager that worked with us has been helpful and responsive. He gave me his cell phone number if anything comes up he says. He explained to me the best way to go about getting it setup for my business. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an automated system. I really liked how they walked you through each step so you could see exactly what you were doing. They even made suggestions on things like adding extra features. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly and quickly which helped make this purchase easier than most others!
