This product is very convenient with the ease of putting it on the foot. I felt like the cold temperature wasn't felt enough on my foot. It was cold enough but I guess I was expecting it to be like an ice pack. Other than that, it worked well.

I needed something for my shoulder and this did the trick! It straps right on and you can adjust it so the ice sits exactly where you need it. I also use it for my back when I don't have time to sit.

Great to have a pair, so that you're never without one when you need it. I think they work better of they get a long freeze when they're room temp, but once they're cold they don't need as long to refreeze after a 20 minute use.

I've always struggled to keep packs in place especially with shoulder and back pain I would even resort to fumbling with a belt to keep them in place. This strap is perfect in every way. The packs are great and I just love it!

Disappointment that the box was ripped but the product were fine inside. Instead of returning, decided to keep it because it retains heat well. Caution: Do not overheat otherwise gel leaks out and make it unusable.

I got this because I have been going through laser tattoo removal for a tattoo on my wrist. After the sessions you need to ice, so I got this in order to make it easier to hold onto the affected area. I love that the Velcro has held up and that it comes with two packs so you can rotate them out. Super easy to put on and adjust too! Can see it being useful for many situations in which ice treatment is necessary.

My problem is my knee, so I love how I am able to wrap it around my knee and still be able to get up and move around if I need to. It’s extremely easy to use and feels comfortable around my knee.

I purchased these when I had surgery on both legs. They are easy enough to heat up that my 8 & 10 year old can assist, and they get cold quickly. They stay cold/hot for the perfect amount of time. The pouch that it comes with is also nice for an area such as your back. It allows you to feel the heat/cold without being directly on your skin.

The Hit & Cold packs hold their temperatures for an enormous amount of time. The belt and packs are easy to assemble for walking, sitting and sleeping!
