Bye bye back pain in my review

The Hit & Cold packs hold their temperatures for an enormous amount of time. The belt and packs are easy to assemble for walking, sitting and sleeping!

Pros

Just the perfect thing for knee replacement recovery.

Cons

The product may not provide enough insulation to keep the gel at the desired temperature for a significant amount of time

I really like this ice pack. The wide straps make it comfortable to use. It stays cool for over an hour. I think it''s a good purchase and I''d buy it again if I needed to. But as it is I haven''t even had to use the 2nd one that comes with it.
