Stays cold on my review.
Great to have a pair, so that you're never without one when you need it. I think they work better of they get a long freeze when they're room temp, but once they're cold they don't need as long to refreeze after a 20 minute use.
- Felt secure for cold use. Haven’t tried warm use yet
- The gel wraps may leak or burst open, causing a mess and potential harm
