We own these gel-packs and have gifted them to three different people. There are lots of hot/cold packs out there- but this one coming with a sleeve and straps that Velcro is genius! Sore ankle? Sore knee? Wrap it around where needed, it stays there. Sore neck or shoulder? It was be wrapped around to address those areas as well. It is especially helpful that it comes with 2 gel inserts, so you don’t have to wait for one to get cold. The ONLY con is if you want it heated. It recommends boiling a pan of water and put the pack in the water to heat up. This is super inconvenient. But, most injuries respond well to cold-packs so it’s not a big deal. I would highly recommend this product.
