Excellent Product with One Big Hole

When it comes to scheduling appointments, there is nothing more frustrating than having an opening at an inappropriate time that needs to be filled. This can happen often when you rely on this software to submit your timesheets as well. Scheduling appointments would still be an issue if only the interface was more user friendly, but I think this could definitely improve. It does make things easier! Great software with excellent customer service!!

I love that it is very user friendly! It helps keep everything organized for me as well since i am not always at my desk when things need to be done. At this time there isn't much of anything you don’t like about it but maybe because we haven’t used it long enough yet? We have been able to streamline many processes which saves us so much time overall by having an automated system set up instead of doing them manually each week/month etc.. I like that it is integrated into my accounting system…

Great tool if your doing construction or any field services

This is such a vital piece of software for our business! We use the GPS coordinates to automatically add to our invoices, it also allows for an easy reporting of jobs, and helps us manage the inventory of our company- we can do that all from our phones! I wish it came with a manual for the more complex functions, but their customer service is top notch. I also don't like that it only allows you to enter the coordinates once. Very easy interface, yet powerful tool

The ease of use as well as the ability to customize it to fit my needs. It took me about 3 days to learn most everything I need to know for what I do. I have since created other applications in the same area that are much more complex. But I still haven't found an application like this one anywhere else. It would be nice if you could export to Excel or save a copy of the data before you close out so you can go back into it later. This is also very helpful when you're at a job site and don't…

Texting with My Fiance from 10,000 Miles Away Was So Easy and Pleasant

I like that you can access it anywhere at any time! It is not very user friendly for people who do NOT know what they're doing when setting up their profile; however if someone knows exactly where to go everything works great. You should give them as much information about yourself before getting started so there isn't confusion along way!!
