This is such a vital piece of software for our business! We use the GPS coordinates to automatically add to our invoices, it also allows for an easy reporting of jobs, and helps us manage the inventory of our company- we can do that all from our phones! I wish it came with a manual for the more complex functions, but their customer service is top notch. I also don't like that it only allows you to enter the coordinates once. It could be helpful to have an option for adding the information to the invoice each time instead of once. This has really helped us in being more efficient in our work and getting our invoices to our clients sooner. We have been able to cut down on time spent at our office, and with the GPS coordinates, we can quickly add them to invoices. I like that it is easy to use for scheduling crews/equipment as well tracking time worked etc., but would prefer more customizable features than what you get out of this program (such as being able to print specific reports). It allows us access while we're away at job sites which helps keep up communication when there isn't always cell service available - also makes keeping accurate records easier!
