I like that it is easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place (which saves me time), and allows for multiple people within an organization to edit at once without having to be logged into different accounts or computers. It's not always very intuitive when using some functions, but this could just be because our team isn't used to using these tools as much as we should have been by now.
