I like that Gai works allows me to keep track of my time as it's easy to use, has all the tools I need for invoicing and estimates, and is very intuitive to navigate through. I also love how customizable they are with layouts and colors. The interface could be easier at first glance for someone who isn't familiar with using a computer. I like that it is easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place (which saves me time), and allows for multiple people within an organization to edit at once without having to be logged into different accounts or computers. It's not always very intuitive when using some functions, but this could just be because our team isn't used to using these tools as much as we should have been by now. The best thing about this system is it's easy to use, even for non-technical people like myself who have little knowledge of computers or technology in general. My favorite thing about this software is that I can easily share my work with others, even those who are not in our team! The ability to collaborate remotely from anywhere at anytime has helped me tremendously by allowing us all access into projects more quickly than ever before (and without having everyone travel back & forth).
