I like that agents can be able to check in quickly, also all information is saved securely so it's not easily accessible by anyone but them without their username/password! Sometimes an update could definitely use some more work.

It sometimes doesn't open correctly. We do need something for our clients, they have access from anywhere now (including vacation) which makes managing schedules very convenient as well. I like that it is very user friendly, you can create your own schedules or use pre-made ones from their library of templates to help keep track easily! It's pretty expensive for what they offer but if price isn't an issue then this service may be worth looking into as well because we have realized some great benefits by using our floor scheduler in conjunction withe other services offered through them such us email marketing etc..
