It is easy to use and has a lot of features. I like the fact that I don't need to install or configure anything. It just works. I also like that you can use it with a lot of different platforms. I wish the customer service was better. Support is very slow to respond. Sometimes the customer support agents don't even know the answer to your questions. I wish there was a way to get a real person to help you. I recommend that if you are on a team, use Roby's group support. It helps a lot. I am using Roby to help with customer support for a team. It is easy to use and gives me more time to focus on our customers.
