Very good solution for modern communications!!!

It's easy use with our team is awesome as well! This tool helps improve efficiency within my organization in such areas like training programs/applications etc., employee satisfaction (as it can track all comments), monitoring progress reports and even provides feedback from customers about service issues which leads to improved customer experience overall. Great solution - good integration between Slack/Zopim

The most helpful thing about Max is that it allows us to create different profiles with each member in our team so we can tailor their experience accordingly. It's also very easy to set up new members or people who aren't familiar with the platform yet. I would love if there was an option to have more than one profile (if needed) but not all users are required to use Max at once, which makes sense for the product as well! We've been able to eliminate many manual processes by using Max across…

  • Easy onboarding process no need much technical knowledge.
  • Mobile app works great too..and even has some extra features you don' t see when accessing via desktop version like saving quotes/invoices directly from your emails into specific projects folders etc.etc..all without any coding skills really!!
