🍫 Rubies Chocolate Factory Loompa Costume Review

Bought this wig for an Ompa Loompa costume and it arrived a little bent and twisted and as it is synthetic hair I couldn't even curl it and try to change it, to make fun of it. If I had time I would definitely return it. He's long gone 6/10

Looked great for the role but after a few dress rehearsals and performances his hair started to get a little unruly. We used lots of bobby pins to hold the shape in place and hairspray to hold it in place. Just be careful with him. Use the wig head and net when not in use.

I'm a grown woman and this kid's wig is perfect! I wear small motorcycle helmets (for reference). The wig had a large volume right out of the bag. I used two bobby pins to hold the bouffant in place, no hairspray. I danced for two hours and the wig stayed in place!

I was in such a hurry I didn't read the reviews. The wig lost its shape as soon as we took it off the net. It really looked like a curly perm. I've attached a picture (ignore the silly smile). We didn't even go trick or treating and it was starting to fall apart. I had to pin the top back hoping to at least keep the front curl. After about 30 minutes of the night, the wig was completely untangled.

I bought this wig for my son to wear on Halloween to complete the Oompa Loompa look. The wig is the correct color but is much longer than I had hoped and arrived a bit disheveled. It still gives the overall effect I was hoping for, but I think I'll cut it a bit and give my hair an oompa-loompa style. For the price I guess I can't be too disappointed. Not bad, but not great either.

My 5 year old wore it with a Halloween costume. After reading reviews that the top falls off and the curls crumble, I decided to prepare in advance and bought a good old Aquanet. The day before Halloween I got to work - I decided to put the bangs back into a giant pompadour and then set the whole wig in place with a ton of hairspray. It worked great and my stupid munchkin wave hair stayed in place all night.

This wig fits my 10 year old son but we didn't buy it for him. We actually bought for a pumpkin contest where we made a pumpkin ompa loopma. It worked great! And we have no problem with this wig being too flat or curly. we just combed it with a fine toothed comb and that gave it a lot of volume. We also sprayed the wig lightly with hairspray because it gets windy in Texas in October. The pumpkin looks amazing this morning and the wig is perfect!
