I love that you can have multiple accounts for different people in one app so it's easy when there are kids or other family members who don't want their phones. The fact that they added features like "Do Not Disturb" makes this an even better option than having my own personal account where I could just block numbers/emails completely. There were some bugs with notifications but overall we haven't had any issues using this service yet! Great way to help curb screen time (and cell usage) while still allowing freedom without being too strict about what activities count as screens. Keeping our younger daughter off her device at dinner has been huge - she gets antsy if someone else uses theirs during meals. Also helps us monitor how much time the entire household spends together each week versus individual times spent apart from others by ourselves.
