Good shape! for soap making

Perfect for my needs. I'm new to soap making and can't afford huge expensive molds. This is perfect for a newbie like me. I've used the first one I bought at least 5 times and it's holding up well.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Compatible

High-quality workmanship

Really great quality. The wooden boxes are very nicely finished. Silicone molds have no defects and are absolutely smooth. Thick enough to last forever and still shippable for loaves of bread. Stop reading reviews, buy molds and make some soap.

Pros
  • Practical item
Cons
  • Some difficulties

I love these shapes! Best in Molds

As a hobby soap maker, I started out using plastic containers from dollar stores as molds. I'm so glad I invested in them! The silicone liner is easy to remove and cleans great! The wooden box allows me to mark the cuts and I know where to place the embeds.

Pros
  • Fits Many
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

good shape Excellent price.

Real 3 pound shape. I haven't run a hot process or solid gel in it, but with a cold process you definitely want it to set for 2 or 3 days before demoulding. I didn't wait and the corners stayed in shape. This is the norm for higher forms. I'll leave the photos for comparison with the 5lb shape and internal measurements as Revain likes to leave irrelevant pack size information instead (nobody cares about pack size, Revain).

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Secret

Nothing is "perfect "

I bought this product based on previous reviews. With a low score of 13 critical and generally positive, you can't beat this price for what you need. Even if it broke and I sold all 10 soaps, it paid for itself twice over. Basically! Haven't used it yet but plan on making CP, 4oz to 4.5oz bars and that should work. The purple mold arrived a little warped when shipped, but it will bend and take shape once I fill it with soap. You can't be so critical of something that costs less than $20 for two

Sizes are not as advertised and flavors are sticky >_<

Longtime soap maker CP, finally broke down and said to hell with my homemade hand fed wooden molds and bought them. Decent silicone is thin so it's easy to remove, but definitely not for out-of-the-box use. Pine box, very light but insulates the soap well enough although I am skeptical of how long it will last before cracking as experienced by another reviewer. The soap came out easily in less than a day (although my recipe calls for a quick set) and it was smooth and even, unlike my old…

Pros
  • Wide range

  • Zero

My personal favorite. Love this mold

I LOVE these molds for my cold soap. In my opinion they are the perfect size. I get nine large thick sticks about 1 1/4 inches thick. I used to cut 10 bars and they were good but decided I needed a thicker bar for my price point. I now have four of these molds and would order more if I needed them. I've been using them for a year now and only one shape has started to sag/warp, but I just taped it in place and it's fine. The silicone is hard, but still easy to handle. Unlike others which are too

Pros
  • Perfect for soap, cake, ice cream, chocolate etc.
Cons
  • Quick instructions

Great Starter Molds

I think these molds are great molds for both beginners and experienced soap makers. If I had found them when I first started making CP soap I probably wouldn't have invested in some of the molds I have! They are inexpensive compared to same size molds sold by other vendors. They are very easy to use and fairly easy to clean. Silicone isn't the strongest, but both the silicone mold and wooden box work well together to make soap. It's important to note that I would comfortably fit 45 ounces (2.8…
