Great Platform Once You Get Used To It

The best part about first wave was that it allowed us to have our own server which we could use as if its were ours, but still be able to access all of their services via API's or SDKs for any other applications they had available at no additional cost. I think there are some things in certain areas where you can't do much with them since everything has been built into one platform (which makes sense). They also don't offer many different types/categories of servers so sometimes this may limit…

Very good alternative to expensive solutions

I like that everything has been designed in such way, so you don't need much configuration - all needed services are already there (eg monitoring). Also it's easy for non-technical persons use themselfs with some training or assistance from IT team which can be very helpful if your customer base includes not tech savy customers as well. There aren’t many issues at this time but we do have occasional random downtime due of server failure etc., however these things happen everywhere regardless…

FirstWave Cloud - Great solution with many features

This system works very well for me and my team. It has allowed us to have all of our customer service, billing, and technical support departments in one place at any given time - this allows us to work together as a team rather than having to do everything manually. I wish that we could have some sort of "on demand" staff coming into the office when needed. We would be better able to utilize our resources more efficiently if we had that option. Our main problems are solved here. We are able to
