I like that it can be used in conjunction with other automation tools (such as Azure) to automate tasks such as sending emails or creating tickets when certain conditions are met. It's pretty easy to use once you get your head around its various features. There isn't much for me to dislike about this product - if anything there may be some minor bugs here or there which could have been ironed out by now but nothing major. We're using jira-slack to notify our employees of new ticket creation via slack messages and also send automated email reminders where needed.
