I like that it is easy enough so even though you are not technically savvy, anyone can use this software without difficulty or worry about technical issues when using their computer in another country (ease-of access).

The UI could be better but there's nothing wrong with how things look at first glance either! Sometimes we have trouble finding new products from our clients as they do all seem similar once upon time searching through them which makes tracking down specific ones hard sometimes if one isn't already familiar w/the client brand names etc.. This program allows us track those items easier than having just emails sent back & forth between each other since most people don’t know exactly where something was tracked previously unless asked by someone else who has been involved before such information would help immensely!!
