The ability for many people from different teams can easily comment or poll in real-time about an idea that's being discussed within our team. It has been hard at times keeping up with all of these posts which are constantly adding new comments/polls every few minutes. This was helpful when we were doing some market research as well since it allowed us get answers quickly. We could see what other companies were asking customers through their own surveys without having them send out another survey directly!
