I like that we can easily use it as our main system and easily integrate with other applications. It is very easy to setup, configure and manage. TimeIon has been able to help us save tons of time. We are able to schedule more efficiently and to have much better visibility into who's available and when they're available. It also helps us with the ability to put in vacation requests and track them. The interface could be improved. This would make it easier for new users. Great product that saves us tons of time! We've been able to easily schedule people, automate things and set up reminders. It is very easy to use, quick response times from support teams when I have questions or concerns about my account setup (especially with new clients). Nothing really! We've used it since 2014 but we are now looking at other options because of their pricing structure which has changed drastically in recent years. The main benefit was that they were able to integrate seamlessly into our system compared to previous providers who charged extra fees if you wanted them to do so.
