Review on Across by Barry Smallwood

I like how they have their own app for all of our sales team, it's very easy to use with great features! There isn't much dislike about this product at first glance but there may be more dislikes after trying multiple other products out as well (like chatops). It has helped us eliminate confusion by having one place where we are able get answers quickly from everyone involved within across including reps/customers etc.. We're also using slack integration which makes communicating back & forth quick without wasting time typing up emails or phone calls when needed - no need anymore!!
