Very poorly packaged. The drive bearing is damaged, the clutch disc and the release bearing are damaged. Now waiting another week for parts. Downtime is wasted money. Looks like bad packaging is common.

It wasn't the coupling itself. That was the box it was sent in. The crate was not strong enough to support the weight of the hitch and some parts were broken. The box was so damaged I had to spend about $40 to build a wooden box to ship it back to them and they only gave $20 for shipping.

Good clutch. Not installed yet. There is no packaging material in the clutch box. The box weighs 92 pounds. Coupling parts slipped inward, scratched and dented. Nothing serious is damaged, the clutch disc had 2 small chips on the edge. The flywheel had shipping scratches that can be removed with fine sandpaper.

It is completely different from the standard installation. At first I was concerned about how thin the clutch disc and pads are. After installation, I became even more concerned because the clutch pedal is 10 times softer. It took a while to get used to, but it's definitely roadworthy. It seems to have eliminated the rattle and judder that my old clutch had in certain situations. I installed it on a 2000 f550 recoil tug. Now it's time to see how long that lasts!
