Westin White Tea Home Diffuser Refill Cartridge - Signature Hotel Fragrance & Scent Review

So I love love love this home scent but sad to say I have two issues (1) the cartridge did not work /it didn't last more than a few days. In fact, it didn't last the entire week and I remember because I still had the box and (2) even if the scent lasted for one month it's overpriced. First cartridge lasted 5-6 weeks and was awesome. Have purchased three additional over the past 2 months and they last 3-4 days max.You have to be less than a foot in front of the machine to smell them.Total waste of money at this point.The scent is great, but you're better off getting a different scent system

My original original purchase of the diffusers was wonderful then I ordered these replacement filters and they were like stale or something. Horrible, I can’t belive I spent that much money on them.

i have ordered these before and the smell was awesome. i have already changed one out because i could not smell it and the 2nd one is no better. these are expensive not to smell any stronger than they do. was very disappointed

Ive ordered direct form ScentAir for years for commercial use. Normally when the box ships you can smell these. The first couple days can be too much if you don't turn them down. This refill however had very little smell. This is not ScentAir's quality. I do not recommend buying from this vendor.

This is the second cartridge I have purchased (1st cartridge directly from The Westin Store) and this 2nd cartridge was from Best Buy. The 1st cartridge's scent last approx four months and this 2nd cartridge's scent only last approx TWO WEEKS! I think the cartridge must have been used even though the product description only estimates this much time which if that is normal, is way too expensive for $70! Sadly agree with other reviews - have used this in past and used on intermittent speed they lasted about a month.This one I just received had virtually no fragrance. Not even worth plugging machine in.Stay away -- save your time and money.

Do not buy it I don’t smell anything and I’ve had it for maybe 2 days waste of money . The cartridges I’ve purchased directly from the hotel sites have smelled great. Buy directly from Westin website

I love the scent when you walk into the Westin Hotel. I bought their Aromatherapy Diffuser with the White Tea Scent and was soooo disappointed. The refill disc puts out such a light scent, one can hardly smell it. It is definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Love the smell. These are too expensive and they don’t last hardly any time at all. I wish some more and gone in to whoever is making these for Weston. I would purchase these month in and month out but at this price and lose fragrance within a week it’s not worth it.

Not the first time we ordered these refills. The scent is lacking and there are no returns. Beware. The ones that came with the machine were the best, but the refills seem as though they have been sitting for years.

love the scent. the product and cartridges worked beautifully the first few purchases. My last few cartridges don't smell at all. It's almost like I'm being sold old ones that have been used up already. Since you can't tell by looking at them it's hard to say. I emailed the company with my concerns and got no reply. Maybe they are sitting on the shelf too long before being sold. Very disappointed.

I bought previously from Westin's Site the refill and was happy with the product. Not sure using points for the purchase gave you defected refill diffuser or not but I will not order again from Best Buy. I like the product; just not happy with this refill.

Far less scent than it used to be for the same or higher priceLove the smell but it is pretty faint compared to what the same product used to have and lasts a far shorter time

I have gotten four of these. Each only lasted fewer than 12 days at a lower setting. I was hopeful, as they do smell amazing and you get that Westin lobby feeling. But because of the short length of usability, it is not worth $70. I have found a few inexpensive glade plug ins to be better options when you use their lighter scents such as the fresh linen. Won’t purchase again. Diffuser system is expensive as well. Haven’t tried the cheaper canisters, but noticed those had lackluster reviews as…
