They didn't even do a round trip with my checked luggage - the wire went straight out of the suitcase on the second leg of the first round trip. I can use the rest in my hand luggage as the return time has expired.

Looks good and fits securely. However, it's also designed so that the only thing visible without peeling the metal is the name, which is exactly what it was when I first used it and the case missed the connection. It doesn't look that nice now.

This tag allows you to see your name without showing all the information like address, email, etc. I am very glad I bought these and now they are on every piece of luggage. The metal tag and metal connector should make it difficult to remove the tag. Happy with the purchase

I love it! I use them for my suitcases when I fly. Easily carried from one bag to another (good screw system) but won't fall out of the bag. Very nice business card holder. I use a label maker to make the title clear and it worked great. It became easy to distinguish my bag from all the other black bags on the carousel. Very well done. quality product.

These labels look great but are poorly designed. I used them for soft luggage and one of the labels is still folded in half. Another label came off during baggage handling. I think you should have listened to the feedback. Will stick with flexible luggage tags in the future. I also wanted to point out that the "list price" is currently listed as "$8.99" (and is subject to this discount). When I bought it a few months ago the "list price" was "$11.99".
