Works then doesn't πŸ™ƒ

I was so happy to get this for my preschooler. It worked amazingly for the first few weeks; However, every time we use it, even if he's wrong, it tells him he did it right. Super disappointed.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Empty

Good pen though. about training and education

This pen is not bad but I prefer the blue dog. The buttons on the owl allow children to accidentally press it when using it, making it difficult for them to turn down the pen's volume. It seems that the pen has no sound.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Vulgarity

just wrong? - Education and training

This pen does not work properly right out of the box. I've tried everything to get the correct position by following the directions to the T and still the wall says it's "wrong". I don't know if this is a bug, but it won't help much.

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Suitable for

Although I like the concept

Now I have 3 of these devices. Although I like the concept, they immediately stop working. I've tried all the manufacturer's recommendations, but to no avail. So now I have 3 readers and a bunch of tutorials that only work with readers. Not too happy.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • flimsy

WRONG ANSWERS on educational electronic toys

I don't know if the cards or the pen are to blame but the pen says wrong answers. They will walk over it and the pen will say it was right and then say it's wrong when they tap it again. It sucks because we bought a whole set of tickets. I've seen others say their pen does that too, but I bought it anyway, it's my fault. I really wish it wasn't because I rarely leave a bad review on my channel, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu Not very good.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Only available in white

Total Disappointment Best in Learning and Education

My son got this as a Christmas present because I recommended it. So we got it and it worked. Now he's trying, but he's frustrated that it doesn't work properly. I attached a video, I changed the batteries, the tip is clean, no damage. So for me it's not worth the money, not durable as he's used it a few times and now it's faltering. Please don't waste your money. It was a complete disappointment.

Pros
  • Enjoying
Cons
  • Some Difficulty

Electronic Educational Toy Learning Gift

Bought as a gift but I had one of these in my class and have always enjoyed using it with students. There is only one star deduction for the fact that you have to hold the pen at a right angle directly over the tip to read it. This can be difficult for small hands to achieve. Other than that, a great learning tool and it's nice that there are different activities and flashcards to use with the kennel from pre-k to high school.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • Frequency

An interesting tool, while mechanically reliable

I've read many reviews. This Pete the Cat pen got top reviews when I bought it about a month ago. I am an elementary school special education teacher. I bought two pens and they both work great. I like the volume on/off feature. My students know the sound is off when we are a group, but their eyes are still green or red. They can turn up the volume if they go out in a small group. Great feedback tool and it's attractive. My students like to use it often.

Pros
  • trial year
Cons
  • I'll write later

Cute little hot dot pen

I ordered this hot dot pen for my 2 year old. Her brother has a dog so I wanted to make sure we could tell the pens apart. I was a little hesitant to order this because I had read several reviews that said it couldn't tell right answers from wrong answers. I took a risk and ordered it anyway. I have the Educational Insights Hot Dots Jr. - Matching Shapes. I played with it first to make sure the owl understood what it was talking about. So far he's had all the right answers. We didn't use this…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Safety
