Minka Aire F864L HBZ Ceiling Heirloom Bronze Review

The fan stopped working after a week. Does not light up, light does not work. This is not a facility. I called a specialist to check if it was a fan.

Amazing Fan. quality in everything. Easy assembly and instructions could be bigger and more detailed, no real problems. The details all fit as intended. This fan is now blowing air. Almost no noise at high speed. No banging or vibration. I highly recommend this fan.

It wasn't cheap but it's not your average $100-200 fan. It's big, it's controlled by a remote control and a smart app. We spent about $500 on a WC400 fan and wall mount control box and another $500 on a 20 foot ceiling installation. A ceiling fan is required in Texas. It's a great upgrade from the 54-inch screen we had.

Great fan but it didn't work. It is very frustrating to do all the fan installation work and the fan part doesn't work. We have installed many fans and know exactly what we are doing. The fan motor was defective. The fan barely moved, then stopped. The light worked fine. Fan returned and will not buy another Minka fan.

LOVE these fans! I bought two. I installed them professionally so can't say for sure, but I installed them on the longest pole I could find and they don't swing! Had to use the remote instead of the wall switch as they are too high off the ground to change directions. With the remote control you can change the speed and direction and turn on and off. It's worth the extra money!

Installed on 7/6/20. Assembly and installation took about an hour and twenty minutes. All in all very easy to set up, although the instructions were missing a part or two I think as I continued. The mount is very good but I would say the blades could be a bit better. We have very high ceilings so I doubt people will be able to see the blades anyway. I like the look of this fan. That is beautiful. The only downside is that the light randomly turns off and on when you turn it on. The fan keeps running and the light goes on and off. We've had it for about 6 months and it's just starting to do it. It's very frustrating and very off-putting for this fan. I would have given more stars if it wasn't for this huge flaw.
