🚗 Optimized CB Mount for Jeep Wrangler 75WXST on Passenger Grab Bar - JK Models 2011 to Present Review

Easy to install, overall good product, only complaint is the price but I knew how much it cost when I bought it so can't blame anyone.

Finding a phone mount for your Jeep has always been a challenge. I bought this CB mount to use with a magnetic plate phone mount. Works perfectly. Clean look. 18JK

Instructions are easy to use, the microphone is always in view and doesn't get in the way. I had to purchase a replacement universal mic hanger knob on the back of my Midland 75-822 so it could be hung from a mount. Perfect fit for 2015 JK.

The price seems high for two pieces of metal but it is a very simple build and my CB is easily accessible on the go. I used to tie a CB zip to the dash and it was a bit awkward. basically I'm satisfied.

I actually use it with a Baofeng radio not a CB, I removed the little rubber tab and put it back the other way around (so the clip on my radio would stay in place a little more firmly). Very easy to install, only took a few minutes. Can't comment on durability as I've only had it a little over a month, but it seems durable enough to last a long time.

This mount is perfect for my Cobra 75 SWXT. I chose not to add extra padding for the outside edge of the handrail because of the poor installation and honestly it wasn't necessary. Your handrail is not really a high voltage area and is rarely subjected to a large load. This mount fits the Cobra 75 WXT well, it holds the radio securely even when I'm jumping over rocks, my mic/radio hasn't moved once in over 500 miles of trail use.
