I'm short on space and visual clutter isn't for me. the whole time. Very beautiful appearance makes me feel good to have some kind of order.

One was so damaged in transit that it was unusable. What a bummer. I have bought many of these boxes and put my travel photos, brochures, knick-knacks, souvenirs in them and stamped them with my travels. I have Spain, Canada, California, Arizona, Florida, Catalina Island, Emerald Isle, Mall of America, Vegas, South Dakota, etc. I put them together in my workshop.

Three of the four black boxes I ordered were dented, scratched and mutilated. I had to go back. Shipping damage aside, they are very poorly constructed for a fairly high price. They are thin, and different colors are simply pasted on paper, which is even applied unevenly (folds, warps, bumps). How they rate 4.5 stars overall is a mystery. Overall not very high quality, overpriced and terrible damage in transit. I would look elsewhere before spending that kind of money on cheap boxes.

WARNING: Actual boxes are smaller than pictured. The description says "Product measures 14 3/4" x 13" x 3 3/4", outer packaging slightly larger." These are the OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS of the COVER only. The box is smaller and it can only hold approx 12" x 12" albums to be stored in the box. The product description does not specify what size albums will fit in the box. As you'd expect, these jumbo scrapbook storage boxes from Pioneer are ideal for storing scrapbooking supplies or photos that are too big to fit in the smaller boxes. I use them for the latter. I would probably give this overall rating five stars, but the last 2 storage boxes I received today made me rate it lower. Overall I think the storage boxes are good, especially for the price. In fact, I have already bought 2 packs and the third pack arrived today. Each package contains two storage boxes.
