I gave it 4 stars because I've only used it a couple of times. It seems very good, especially for the price. I hope it will work as well as it does now. Another case I used for about 75 dives was of lower quality than this one and stopped working at depth. The button stayed pressed and produced unexpected results. I hope this one doesn't have the same problem.

As soon as I received it I took it spearfishing. I was about to turn on the camera for the first time and noticed that there was already water in the case, it came through the top button. The GoPro I have has a cracked door covering the charging port so I bought a case, good thing water got in there and it took a couple of days to make sure there was no moisture in it before charging again became.

I bought this with the intention of using it for scuba diving. The case works normally for the first 10-15 meters. After that it starts to glitch. Excellent and durable case but there are some flaws. First, my footage was blurry and second, the camera turned off when I went below about 15 feet. The second was a real pain. I checked the camera attached to my mask at the safety stop as I exited the sunken dive and found the camera was off. The good news is that I found a solution to both problems! I used this case as a GoPro waterproof case while snorkeling. My maximum depth was 100 feet. After a few dives, a small amount of moisture entered the hull and condensed inside, blocking visibility. I lubricated the gasket with some silicone grease and that seemed to help. Another issue is that the button on the back of the case stops working below 30 feet. At depths greater than 10 meters or so, the GoPro Session camera button activated due to pressure, rendering the camera inoperable. So I got this deal. That solved the problem with the buttons - the case closes tightly, protects the camera from pressure (I went up to 60ft with no penetration) and the buttons work great.
