UPDATE: Handles broke after almost EVERY use. And I don't have very many things in it. Completely disappointed. The bag is adorable overall. However, I ordered the gray color and I can say with certainty that what I received is NOT what is shown in the photo. It looks more brown to me than anything else. I'm wondering if I even want to keep it. (It's hard to see the actual color in the photo.)

So close to 5 stars! The material of this bag is beautiful, smooth, soft like suede and the hardware quality is good. Given the price, I expect this bag to last a while. I just received mine so I can't tell for sure. The only thing I didn't like about this bag was the hole size. Good zipper but the opening is small. Also, two small loop handles are not suitable for an average hand. I don't think they are designed for that (and the bag comes with a longer strap as well).

When I first took it out of the box, it looked like a briefcase and seemed very large. Don't be fooled and don't give him a chance. I put all my stuff in it and fell in love with it. Even if you have a lot of things here, they carry so well and don't feel heavy like some of the bags hurt my shoulder and back. That's great. It's an unpleasant odor, but it goes away after a few days. I ordered black and personally the color is darker gray which doesn't bother me. 😀

You get what you pay for. The bag is super cute. I received it in grey. However, the lining isn't as big as the inside of the bag, so it doesn't hold as much as it looks.
