These lights fulfill their purpose perfectly. As this is a light stripe it would be better if you could hide the real stripe from your eyes but I bought these to carry my vanity. The light it gives off is AMAZING! And I love that this switch is a dimmer so you can adjust the light the way you want it. I am talking to my husband about buying some for our kitchen cabinets as our kitchen lighting is very poor. I am very happy with my purchase!

The light strip can be a bit tricky to apply, especially if you don't plan in advance how to apply it. I had to remove and reposition it several times so that it covered all 3 panels of my dressing table. However, it only lasted about 10-15 minutes and I use it daily. Strong flashes which I love but also appreciate having the ability to mute them. Love how it looks when it's on would definitely recommend!

Very cool and so bright! My daughter wasn't impressed when I told her about it until I taped it to her mirror and showed her the result. They're not very attractive when the lights are off - they look like a tape measure taped to a mirror - but when they're lit, they're fascinating. This is NOT the product described or even pictured. This is not a string of LEDs to hang on your mirror. This is a strip of bare LEDs. They cannot be bent, twisted or rotated as shown in the photo. The strip is very long and only suitable for direct lighting. You cannot turn the corners as shown on the mirror in the photo. I've spent so much money trying to figure out how to get good lighting in my dressing room. I bought garlands. It did not work. I bought a lighted makeup mirror. It did not work. These lights are SUPER bright white! I have very poor lighting in my room so this was perfect! I think it's great that you can dim the light as you like. The only downside is that it doesn't bend easily when you wrap it around a corner. It will take time to perfect. Well, at least for me. Perfect! The band isn't too big, which I like, but the light is still very bright! The strip is the same width as a pencil, which helps reduce irritation from these markings on the strip. Not that bad. I just stick it in the center mirror and pin it on the sides (see pic) so I can keep that minimalist look and not have to look straight at those marks every time.
