ABCC is new fancy exchange that is trying to gain some more traders. Exchange is not even 1 year old. ABCC is using very low fees and they are giving 80% of the fees back to the community. You can also vote for next coin to get listed using their native tokens AT.

ABCC Exchange is rising since review more volume, more users. They are doing airdrops often as well as some trading competitions. Good listing etc...
They are also active on their social media talking about all crypto topics not only the exchange itself.
Doing some IEOs as well.
