My time on BigOne....
Bigone exchange is an exchange which deals with a number of virtual currencies which are up to abou 60. Verification just involves your phone number and password after which you will confirm your status as a human. But a problem which I faced was in the KYC verification. It also uses spot,margin and also allows fiat to crypto trading. Its trading fees are also very low with a value within 0.2% and also employs flat fee trading. Deposits can be made with OTC through AliPay and also through cryptocurrency. Security is very vital as theft of users funds cannot be neglected. This security can be improved with the use of anti-phishing codes and asset pins or passcodes. Another problem I faced was that i had to get to a very high level before i could get a minimal trading fee BigOne also has a loan system which gives users loans with a nice interest on it. The user binterface is nice with little or no bugs in it. The KYC verification and the time taken for deposited cryptocurrencies to display in user's account are the only problems i have with BigOne.

- The user interface is enticing and friendly
- The fees here are generally cheap
- The customer support group is quite responsive
Cons
- The KYC verification usually takes time
- The time taken before deposit can reflect on users account is very long

The customer support is very reliable and responsive i filed a complaint about my KYC verification and i was told that it was still under verification, although the KYC was slow, i appreciated the fact that the customer support was there for me

The 0.2% flat fee for takers and makers has helped in boosting the liquidity at this exchange coupled with the number of cryptocurrencies traded here. I love this exchange even more becasue of its user interface

BigOne exchange is really one pf tue best exchanges i have used this year, i would even reccomend it to any users who needs security and reliability. This exchange has a good trading fee
