The support on the exchange is quite rare to come by ,I have contact the support team twice and on both occasion I got a reply from them in less than 3 hours. I would have giving the exchange a five star rating but because on their daily withdrawal limit and that flat currency can't be used on the BitAsset I would give them a four rating.
