I would suggest people Bitfinex if you are looking for a hassle-free experience with crypto trading. You will never be disappointed by their support. I am waiting for the future features they have promised they look very interesting.

Pros
  • I love the damn details of their systems. They have never failed me once. The UI and the features are unique and detailed. I use the API sometimes which is also being developed. I think it’s the most advanced among the exchanges.
Cons
  • The only thing I don't like about the Bitfinex exchange is the starting experience. When you start its very hard to adapt to the exchange as it's so unique. But they do provide very good FAQ's and tons of YouTube videos on how to trade.

So, as a trader, I can say that Bitfinex is the best exchange nowadays, you should definitely work with them!

Pros
  • Bitfinex platform is very easy in use and understanding, it makes the site very user friendly and that makes the trading more easy for every kind of traders. They really care for traders, their costumer support solutions are faster than other exchanges, they make an excellent job and they are very professional. Large liquidity and really low fees. Awesome quality of assets, personally I trade on Bitfinex because I’ve never had an issue with my withdrawals, its always super fast and secure.
Cons
  • They actually need to invest on their ID verification because is a little bit boring sometimes They need to make their android app a bit more intuitive

I had an experience where I was in urgent need of support, I was replied within 15 minutes and they solved the issue within an hour. I have been using bitfinex for 3 months, my experience is mixed. They have good order system which enables me to place unique order, they introduced honey Framework which enables me to create custom order type. which is damn amazing.

Pros
  • I like this exchange because it has the most helpful support, they have proper experts who have knowledge about the system and they are very professional too.
Cons
  • I wish they would allow users from USA to open accounts, a lot of my friends would love to join the exchange, I would also suggest they remove old coins or ICO which are useless or have very less volume.

Overall, Bitfinex has created the safest secure team ever and I feel very comfortable working with this exchange, I definitely recommend this exchange for sure!

Pros
  • All deposits and withdrawals have worked just great. Registered and got verified without problem. The costumer support is excellent and the team that is building around the Telegram is getting stronger. Great quality assets and volume trading, very intuitive platform works with every kind of traders even if you are a beginner.
Cons
  • I think they need to improve a little bit their mobile Apps, to be as intuitive as their platform.

Bitfinex for the time being is a 5 star exchange, with no flaws, only there was once the withdrawl took a while but otherwise a very affordable and quality exchange.

Pros
  • Bitifinex is the best exchange out there right now. With mega low fees and fast withdrawl, super accessible website, their site is something that I just get spasmed, very good. They also have a support team that responds to tickets in less than an hour.
Cons
  • Bitfinex last year left me a little scared because of the hack and something else that happens is rare but it happens that the withdrawl gets slow.

Bitfinex is the best exchange i have used so far, they really make me feel safe about my funds and have shown why they are the best at what they do.

  • I love the features that Bitfinex offers like margin trading! The low fees are also very good for a person like me who wants to make good profit. I had a 2FA problem due to my phone being stolen, and Bitfinex support was very fast in replying and resolving my problem!
Cons
  • My verification took a long time and i had to deposit 10,000$, which seems a bit high compared to other exchanges. I have also had some withdrawal delays during my 9 months of being a client here.

Bitfinex has the most advanced features such as One Cancel the Other order, Margin trading, Margin Funding, Trailing Stop and hidden order. With these features it has become one of the unique exchange to use. I use Margin trading to fund my orders with good leverage as well as I use Margin funding to give my fiat deposit on loan to other traders when the market is not good.   • They have the most advanced type of trading I have ever used. They offer P2P funding, Margin trading. I love their shorting feature which I use most frequently. I wish they reduced the $10k limit to deposit which caused me to not use it but now I love it.

  • Bitfinex is exactly as exchange must be, low spreads, low-fee trading, efficient trading through higher liquidity. Lists more than 80 cryptocurrencies and tokens. Amazing job done by the support team, high quality assets and great volume trading. Their interface is very intuitive even when it comes to trading in different pairs.

Sent my money to Bitfinex and it arrived very quickly! They also offer support on social media like Reddit. Overall it's the best company i've used for trading and i wouldn't use another one!

  • I had some withdrawal issues and the support resolved them immediately! Trading here is so easy for me because the website and API are so fluid and advanced! Bitfinex provides the best trading platform for people like me.
Cons
  • I had some withdrawal issues, taking longer than expected. I think 10000 dollars for registration is a bit much for most people, not everyone has this kind of money available to register.

I have been using Bitfinex API for about 10 months now. I am really impressed with the amount of flexibility it offers. It can show up to 5 decimal values. The prices are up to date, they have been updating the API for quite a while and adding many features which are on the main site. I love the number of features and liquidity the exchange provides. I mainly use the Margin trading and margin funding options which enables me to perform professional trading techniques. I wish they would allow US

I sent money from my account to their bank, it was uploaded on the same day. Overall is the best cryptocurrency I’ve been working with.

Pros
  • They confirm your requests very fast, maybe within minutes, and it normally arrives to my wallet in half an hour. Trades are the quickest period. Solid exchange. Its also the safest one on cryptocurrency for sure.  Low trading fees and high trading volume

Making a quick summary, bitfinex is a spectacular exchange, I have no reason to complain, that "defect" is something that the person with time improves. I recommend this exchange because it is fantastic with everything it does, low fees, good support team, best saying best exchange!

I really like using Bitfinex, and i've been a trader there for over a year. They never cease to impress and innovate on their already advanced platform. Despite the 2016 hack, Bitfinex has managed to bounce back with better security protocols, and retain it's place as the top trading platform for Crypto.

Pros
  • Bitfinex provides it's userbase with one of the most professional Customer Support teams on the market. Their presence on social media is also unmatched, on all of their projects. The low fees and high liquidity make it very efficient to trade, while their security protocols and professional support team keep your funds and account safe.
Cons
  • Currently FIAT deposites are on a halt, so traders can only trade in Crypto. The 2016 hack where 72$ million worth of Bitcoin were stolen also drove the BTC price down disproportionately to other exchanges, and really damaged Bitfinex's image as a safe company.

I really like bitfinex, although its problems are a good exchange. It has a fantastic performance, support team helps with everything so it's an exchange that I respect!

  • The good thing about this site is that there is no minimum withdrawal or deposit amount for cryptocurrencies BUT for Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer there is a 0.100% fee for both withdrawal and deposit. Bank wire: 0.100% of the deposit amount, with a minimum fee of $20.00 Express bank wire (within 24 hours on business days): 1.000% of the withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of $20.00
Cons
  • Bitfinex has paused fiat deposits so users cannot use USD for their funds. Currently, only cryptos are supported, so you must wait for further announcements in the official posts. They also had problems with withdrawals, as there were big transmission delays in April. These issues drove the BTC price up disproportionately to other platforms, as Bitfinex users fled into Bitcoin.

The best thing about Bitfinex is there liquidity. I can guarantee you that you can exchange any coin without running into liquidity issue. Another feature I love, and use is margin trading which allows me to get good returns. I would love to see more information on technical issue (which rarely happen).

  • Bitfinex has the best and most professional support team. I have had my account locked for which I contacted the support and within 1 hour they responded me with proper way to get my account back not like other exchanges.
Cons
  • Bitfinex can improve in the sense they are adding tokens/coins which are new, and they seem to be the pump and dump scams where new users lose a lot of money. If they get a fix for this, then they will be the best in class exchange.

Overall I can definitely recommend Bitfinex, user friendly plataform, good support and payments has nice amount of liquidity.

  • Bitfinex has the most simple and intuitive interface to work with. They also have a pretty good and super fast support team. They also provides pretty good functionality as you can buy/sell coins and actively see your current assets. Security is quite good as they provide a great volume trading.
Cons
  • Although not much development has taken place lately, but i know they will improve soon again, The signup process takes some time as they need to verify your identity, so you can't immediately trade yet, can be annoying sometimes i know but believe me, its the safest way, unlike other exchanges that are faster, in Bitfinex you never get scammed, your money is always safe.

I've never had any trouble with the exchange. I've been using it since 2013 and even after their 2016 hack, they sorted out all outstanding tokens (BFX tokens) and paid what they owed to me. I've used them and will continue on using them. They offer the best liquidity on the market, and are associated with cutting-edge technology when it comes to the cryptocurrency field. Highly recommended.
