BtcEx exchange hasn't been active for quite a while and has proven,based on certain criteria to be a scam exchange.
This exchange, BtcEx was established in 2016 and is from the Asian region being from Hong Kong. I actually didn't register here and I'd advice you do the same. Don't register here. To back my statement about this exchange being a scam,let's take a look at its last post on Twitter. It was on Feb 14. That's like a long time of inactivity, for an exchange. Even the Telegram account no longer exists with a deleted account. This obviously points to the fact that the exchange wasn't well established and didn't have future plans in mind.
While active,the services offered weren't even great,the trading volume,$0 with lots of inaccurate information on the website.
