It's incredible that these kind of things are still happening, this is one of the main reasons crypto will never be taken seriously, with so many scams like these going around. Their CEO Scott Freeman apparently is a notorious scammer or something of sort. I recommend you guys do your research before sending money, or send a very small amount, don't take the risk.

Pros

Besides trading fees and easy registration there's nothing good.

Cons

I recently tried to withdraw a small amount of my BTC in C2CX to a different exchange’s wallet. I waited 6 days and it showed 0 confirmations. I opened a support ticket and waited 11 days and got no response, then I decided to try and get out of C2CX. It does not seem to be have the integrity that I originally thought. I sold the rest of my altcoins to Bitcoin, made another withdrawal request to a different wallet and still after several days nothing has happened. They are holding my coins and not responding to any of 4 open tickets. Disgusting.
