Review on 💧 The SAEM Iceland Hydrating Eye Stick - Cool & Brighten Dark, Puffy Eyes, 5% Iceland Mineral Water by Jasmine Camagay

At first I bought a few of these for myself with no guilt. I found this to be an equally stunning alternative to Tonimoly panda eyes, which are a whopping $15-$20 each. I often have terribly swollen eyes and something icy brings instant relief. They also appear to be larger than the alternative but I am so disappointed because I bought these for a friend and this was sent to her. The boxes are completely intact, the product isn't leaking - the same goes for the transport packaging - but two are empty and one is missing a huge piece. Their quality control seems largely non-existent and unfortunately I will not be buying them again.
